What type of t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts do you print on?

Bella Canvas is currently our preferred t-shirt brand. Their signature Airlume Combed and Ring-Spun Cotton is engineered to create the softest, smoothest tee you’ve ever felt! Hoodies and sweatshirts are from the Gildan brand, another favorite. In some cases, Gildan SoftStyle T-shirts will be used, in the event of inventory issues with Bella Canvas shirts.

What size shirt should I order?
Our shirts are unisex and sizes range from S - XL (2XL-5XL available in most styles). Youth and baby sizes are available in some styles. Please refer to the sizing chart for each product for more details.

What printing process is used on the shirts?
All of our t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We primarily use the vinyl heat transfer process.

How should I care for my shirt?

  • Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
  • Tumble dry low or air-dry.
  • If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on a low setting. NEVER IRON directly on the printed area.
  • Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

How do you insert and remove the shoe charms?

INSERT: Simply push them in at a 45 degree in the desired hole of the shoe. The fabric of the shoe will gently open as it is very flexible. Push downwards so the black base of the charm snaps into place. Now turn your charm to the desired direction.

REMOVE: Push the charm upward from inside of the shoe. Wiggle the charm through the hole in the shoe with your other hand while you are pushing it outward with your hand inside of the shoe. Continue wiggling until it is pops through. Do not pull charm upward from top of shoe or you may tear the shoe hole or the charm.

How is my order shipped and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
Currently, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Items are shipped via USPS (First Class Package or International) and typically arrive within 2-4 days. Orders can be delayed due to delays with USPS service, which is beyond the control of Tune In Designs LLC. All orders will be provided a tracking number in order to track the status of the package. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are happy to offer international shipping. 

What is the return and exchange policy?
Since each shirt is custom made, we can't offer returns or exchanges. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions before placing your order.

All sales are final on shoe charms, jewelry, and other accessories. No exchanges or returns. 

If we made a mistake with your order, please let us know within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@tuneindesigns.com for more information on how to correct your order.

Many of our items are made at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or excess inventory. We cannot issue refunds on orders that have been fulfilled, shipped, and delivered. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?
