What type of shirts do you print on?
We are proud to bring you premium crafted tees from Bella Canvas! Their signature Airlume Combed and Ring-Spun Cotton is engineered to create the softest, smoothest tee you’ve ever felt! Hoodies and sweatshirts are from Gildan. In some cases, Gildan SoftStyle T-shirts will be used, in the event of inventory issues with Bella Canvas shirts.

What size should I order?
Our shirts are unisex and sizes range from S - 3XL . Youth and baby sizes are available in some styles. Please refer to the sizing chart for each product for more details. Women can order one size down from their regular size for a slim fit. 

What printing process is used?
All of our items are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use primarily use the vinyl heat transfer processes.

How should I care for my shirt?
Please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:

  • Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
  • If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on a low setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
  • Tumble dry low or air-dry.
  • Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

How do you insert and remove the shoe charms?

INSERT: Simply push them in at a 45 degree in the desired hole of the shoe. The fabric of the shoe will gently open as it is very flexible. Push downwards so the black base of the charm snaps into place. Now turn your Jibbitz to the desired direction.

REMOVE: Push the charm upward from inside of the shoe. Wiggle the charm through the hole in the shoe with your other hand while you are pushing it outward with your hand inside of the shoe. Continue wiggling until it is pops through. Do not pull upward or you may tear the shoe hole or the charm.

How is my order shipped and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
Currently, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Items are shipped via USPS (First Class Package) and typically arrive within 2-4 days. Orders can be delayed due to delays with USPS service, which is beyond the control of Tune In Designs LLC. All orders will be provided a tracking number in order to track the status of your package. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are happy to offer international shipping. 

What is the return policy?
Since we custom print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.

If we made a mistake with your order, please let us know within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@tuneindesigns.com for more information.

Most of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We cannot issue refunds on orders that have been fulfilled and shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
